Yes! But is recommended to be mindful of your gems and avoid excessive direct pressure. For example, cutting up hard foods such as apples, carrots or eating opposite of the gem instead of biting right into it. 

Most healthy, intact teeth can accommodate a tooth gem, but placement depends on the condition and location of the tooth. We'll assess the tooth before application and may recommend a different placement if necessary.
